Improved battery life for video recording under the V20 firmware

Previously my N95 took 62 minutes until the battery warning beep when starting video-recording from a fully charged battery. I redid the test and score 75 minutes. That's a 21% increase in recording time. That's one for the DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling) of the new v20.0.0.15 firmware.
